Backgammon Galway wish to congratulate Joseph McGinley of Oranmore on winning the Dave Coyne Memorial Backgammon Tournament which was held in the National Yacht Club in Dún Laoghaire last Sunday. Joseph sailed through the tournament and was a clear contender from early on. On the way to his victory, Joseph faced off against three former champions.
A big THANK YOU to our hosts from the Dublin South Backgammon club! We hope to see you again throughout the year!

Care to join us?
As of yet, Backgammon Galway is a small casual gathering of enthusiats, but we are hoping to expand our group. Players of all levels are more than welcome.
At present, we meet on Thursdays in a house in Knocknacara, in what is a very relaxed and frendly atmosphere.
